Information for Car Exhibitors & How to Apply

OUR APPLICATION PROCESS

The Broadway Car Show has built a strong reputation for the quality and presentation of the vehicles on display. As a result, we receive many more applications than the 75 display spaces available on each day of the show.

 

The following notes explain how the application process works and what we ask applicants to acknowledge before submitting their entry.

  1. Selection approach

    Our aim is to present the finest possible car show, showcasing a broad and balanced range of marques and vehicles.

    We normally display a single example of any specific model. However, we will consider more than one example where a clear difference is offered through provenance, history, or specification.

  2. Application period Applications to display will open on 7th February 2026 and close on 30th June 2026.
  3. Photographs

    Applications will normally only be considered if accompanied by a high-quality photograph of the vehicle.

  4. Application fee A fee of £30.00 is payable at the time of application. If a vehicle is not accepted for display, this fee will be refunded promptly. Where an applicant enters more than one vehicle and one is declined, the refund may need to be processed manually and may therefore take a little longer.
  5. Invited vehicles A small number of outstanding vehicles will be invited to attend at the discretion of the organisers.
  6. Reserve list For each day of the show, a small reserve list will be maintained. Reserve vehicles are often called forward close to the event date to replace exhibitors who are no longer able to attend. Being on the reserve list should not be taken as a rejection.
  7. Withdrawal after acceptance If you find that you are unable to attend after your vehicle has been accepted, we would be grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible, as there is almost always another applicant keen to take up the place.
  8. What happens after I have applied? You will receive an email to acknowledge your application, but you may not receive an immediate decision. The selection process begins soon after a good number of applications have been received. Some cars will be clear choices and will be notified by email. Others will depend on having visibility of who else has applied. They will be notified as the picture becomes clearer. Decisions on some cars cannot be made until nearer to the end of the period as remaining spaces become fewer. Final selections are made once applications have closed. All will have been accepted or declined by early July.
